Every time you click on a show they make you watch a minute of ads even though you’re already paying for a subscription. The player will quit as an episode is almost finished, making you watch another minute of ads just to watch the last few minutes. Cancelling my subscription because of the garbage state of the app.

Neon fails to exercise any ability to absorb customer feedback. The website player constantly crashes and the app is unusable a majority of the time. If their developers spent any time reading reddit, forums or these reviews (which I assume they have plenty of time for as they certainly are not patching bugs or improving the user experience) then this would be a great platform. However for now it remains a rip off and holds people hostage to their frankly useless product because when it does sometimes work it’s the only place to stream certain shows. Up your game Neon. Beyond disappointed (and angry)

They do respond to you and advise on fixing (clearing Cache, deleting app, reinstalling), does not fix the problem or if it does it helps for a while and then goes back to crashing again. I asked multiple times is there an update to the app to correct this issue as given the reviews it clearly is not a 1 person problem. That is the one question they would not answer! Very frustrating and is a waste of money for the amount of issues you have to deal with.
