Daily usage

I’ve been unable to set my daily usage for three weeks. Went onto the chat and was assured it would be sent to the IT department and I would receive an email. Still waiting a week later.

My favourite app!

I’ve used the app for 10 years and it’s worked flawlessly. Powershop are by far the cheapest power option in NZ if you buy the specials as they appear. You snooze, you lose, the people that complain the specials are gone too quickly clearly don’t understand the system! I love the fact I have complete control over my power, I get to see exactly what I use each day and when, and I get to buy power when I want to. It really is my fav app, I wish other companies were as good.

Great app broken

When I signed up it was on the basis that you would be prepaying for power based on specials that would be offered through the app.

About 3 months ago push notifications for the app have broken, and in spite of being in touch with technical support I was only offered the most basic of trouble shooting (think, turn on it and off again type stuff) and no fix has been forthcoming

I will gladly update this review once this is a fixed, I’d also welcome the opportunity to purchase the missed specials
