Very useful app!

You should indicate the same email from what you’ve written when you availed your policy. You should also redo the password when signing up if you can’t proceed to the next step. Once you successfully signed up, your policy/policies are already there from your account. You can also monitor your policies from time to time. Hope this helps!

Technical error

All health policies are not appearing in the health folder like 8 policies health max and GHA 5 policies also non-life i have 3 fire 1 motor car not appearing as well . But when I click the general folder my GHA policies are all there . Hope IT can look into it .

System Bug: Unable to upload ID picture even if below file size limit

I am unable to upload my ID picture even if the actual file size is at 465kb. The app is still promoting exceeded 2MB file size
Steps to replicate:
1st step - go to Withdraw
2nd step - select any purpose of withdrawal
3rd step - select full withdrawal
4th step - say “yes” to final confirmation
5th step - indicate bank account name and number. In the ID type, select sss.
6th step - tap Add Attachments, choose from gallery, select the image, then wait until the uploading is finish. It should prompt, “The file size exceeds 2MB. Please select another image”, even if the size of my image is 465kb

This is very convenient, considering this time of pandemic. Your next option after the online is to submit manually the documents and go physically to any axa branch.
