Ratings and Reviews
This new upgrade is worthless
My savings account does not appear when I transitioned to this new version app. Unlike the old version which works perfectly fine I was able to use my saving account there. Right now only my credit card shows up as my usable account. Also all my saved billers as gone. Did your IT do some testing before you rolled out this trash version? What test case scenarios did you do? Your customer service is also worthless and cannot be contacted. Sent an email but no response.
Better UI, hope they can integrate everything into one app
The UI is definitely smoother and more visually pleasing. I can easily make the basic transactions. Though still lots of room for improvement. I hope they can integrate bdo online and bdo pay so we can manage our accounts with BDO in one app instead of 2. Overall it's not as bad as i expected from a lot of reviews here. Still, BDO needs to step up. Standards for digital banking is highly competitive now. But this is a good start--hopefully they will keep up the improvements. Kudos to the team working on this.
Crisp Stable Modern
Love the new app even if it is pleasing and simple to use, unlike all the previous crappy bdo app release that each time only gives frustration to the user. This one they nailed almost everything, sure enough, there were still missing options like seeing all the previous transaction history. I hope BDO continues the improvements and releases bug fixes a lot faster.
