Is this for real? I can’t imagine I have 2 different passwords for my access through the web and using this new app.

When I put in the same password I used for the web, this app doesn’t accept it so I had to changed it. When I logged in, I don’t see my saving accounts. What’s in there is the credit card which the BDO issued without my consent. Can you see how unreliable this app or let’s say the whole system is? First, I can’t log in to the new app using the same password I used to the old app and website. I needed to “changed” the current password so I could access the new app. To my surprise, what’s inside is the “credit card account that was issued under my name without my notice” how possible is that? I didn’t add that account there how can it be there automatically? I don’t even use it I don’t have the card. My savings accounts are not in the new app as well. When I accessed the website, my new password (which I’m using on the new app, the one I just changed my password to) doesn’t work so I thought of using the old password and IT WORKED! How come your new app and the website sent in sync? How come a credit card which I don’t have me didn’t add in the new app is there?

When BDO launched their very first app, I didn’t have any issues. But I made a mistake of enabling the generate otp feature in app and after a while, I couldn’t get into my account through the app. I kept reseting my password but it still kept telling me that the password I inputted is invalid even though I can log in through their desktop page. Now I tried logging in and I reset the password because it won’t let me use the password I used for the desktop, BUT it’s asking me to include a symbol. Mind you, when you reset your password on their desktop site it DOES NOT require you to put a symbol. Anyway, I logged in successfully, I don’t see my savings account and when I tried to add, it says that account is not linked to me. So I tried going back to the desktop to check things and surprise surprise invalid password. So I had to reset my password again on desktop and after doing that, I got locked out of my account. If only I could rate this app a negative 5 I would. Can you guys like make up your mind on the passwords??? Coz if I’m not allowed symbols on the desktop, why am I required to have symbols here?????? Do I have to keep resetting everytime I go to the app?????? So stupid.

I kept telling BDO CS that this app is not working properly. I have tried using this even before BDO made an announcement. I also have a BPI app and The new one works great. Your Dev team needs to fix the below 1. Ability to manually add bank accounts that are for family members like Junior Savers or OFW accounts. If the account is not named after you, you wont be able to add it. Your people did not think this through as there are multiple scenarios that can come up on why we need to monitor other family member accounts. (minor, senior, ofw, ect) 2. Credit card transaction is NOT REAL TIME. The OLD BDO app immediately shows applied payments and transactions. It shows the user how much CORRECT remaining balance they can spend. This app DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT and shows you a bloated balance which can cause you to make over drafts on your card! 3. SAVINGS ACCOUNT is not properly updated and is NOT REAL TIME. The OLD BDO APP shows you how much money you have in your account and immediately updates IN ONLY SECONDS after you make a deposit or withdrawal. I have not tried paying bills using this NEW BDO APP because I can feel in my gut that I will have problems. YOUR NEW DEV TEAM DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Why replace PERFECTLY WORKING APP with garbage??
