I thought installing and ordering with their own delivery app is a lot faster and convenient. My order took an hour at the kitchen. Another hour for them to book a rider so they can deliver my order. Take note, they called me saying that they booked a rider via Grab, then the rider cancelled and they’re trying to book another rider. I should have known that they will still utilize Grab. I should have ordered directly via Grab and it could have only been less than an hour for them to deliver my order. Your app is useless then if you do not have your own riders! This app doesn’t deserve even 1 star. 🤮

I used the app downloaded on my phone, tried to place the order before 8am but I sent 3 messages already and no one is reaching out to me. The order was supposed to be delivered at 830am until 8:45 am but it was now 8:59 am and no one was replying to me where is my order or if my 3rd message requesting it to be cancelled was granted. Just return my money so I can delete the app. Until now status of the order after an hour is received. No text message and no email.
