The app is useful whenever I want to check on my data balance or if I want to subscribe to any DITO promos. But one thing, even though my home is just near to an DITO tower cell, the internet speed of the sim is still slow during the day… In my home (Palawan, PPC Capital, Sta. Monica, Employees Village) DITO sim internet connection is so slow during the day, and it’s only fast during mid night… It’s an inconvenience for me because it ruined my sleep schedule, because I can only truly enjoy fast internet connection during midnight… and I am a student in highschool. I hope the internet connection speed of 4G of DITO sim will get faster here in my home so I don’t need to wait till mid night which the internet connection is only fast in that time…

Upgrade ipad os and e-sim
Please also lock the app to the specific device we are using because if someone has our password they can open it on another device. Also, send notification email and sms if the our account has been accessed in another device as well.
Please update the ipad os version it lacks fixing and has size issues. Also please release e-sims for our mobile numbers so we can always have it connected on our device
