Cant seem to link a smart prepaid number

I’ve used both globe and smart apps but I just found this app better since it is more simple that gives me all the infos that I need without being overwhelming or getting confused. I’d like to recommend is a way to see if we could also create a feature for pasaload/shareaload. Now to the main issue, I have linked a smart prepaid number but it is not showing any details at all. The number’s user did say he did not have any gigalife at all so linked into mine for easier registration for promos. I’m not sure what to do besides reporting it for resolution. Right now, it’s almost 24 hours and that linked number still says “pull down to refresh”. When you pulled down, it does not reflect the number and its info at all.

Vicious cycle: Buggy; does not work

UPDATE: Developer once again said to uninstall then install. If he had been reading my comment, he would know that I have done this multiple times through both my data and WIFI. I also would like to point out that the app requires internet connection, which is not available when my postpaid Smart data is not working and I can’t top up on the buggy GigaLife app. It seems the developers do not understand customers’ experience and therefore is unable to resolve the problem. It’s a vicious cycle!

Since using the app in June 2021, I’ve only been able to use it successfully for anything about twice or thrice. Smart restricted all its postpaid plans so that we have a hard data stop (unlike before where we have unlimited data, at a price) and the only way to get data is through the App. However, I always get transaction errors. Over the past two weeks, I have tried numerous times to use the add for data boosters, uninstalling and installing repeatedly, ensuring my balance is paid off, calling the customer service, but nothing worked. I have missed important work commitments while traveling because of GigaLife. I’m on the verge of not renewing my plan with Smart because of this app.

Alarm/Reminder

A few months have passed since I installed this app and I found no problems with the app at all. I find the subscription list with the time stamp of when you subscribed with the chosen promo very helpful along with the “check data usage” feature. The only problem that I have is that I have to set a reminder to remind myself every month that I have to renew my subscriptions. It would be great if the developers of the app somehow incorporated a “reminder” feature wherein the app would remind you to renew your subscription a few MINUTES before the subscriptions ends. That way, you can maximize the usage of your promos and at the same time, you can prepare some load balance to renew the subscription. I currently am using the reminder feature in my iPhone but sometimes the reminder pops-up after the subscription alreay ended, so I end up rushing to find some load or at least connect to some network so I can buy load through other apps.
