APPS CRASHING

Been using this app before pandemic but now i need to check my records it keeps crashing and no updates been doing to solve this. hope you get to update this soon. thanls

Philippine health care will always be a pain

You’re offering free claiming of your patients results online, btw these patients are paying an overly expensive price rating for those said results, and your online functionality isn’t even working on desktop and mobile. Why can Other countries can do this seamlessly and your company in 2023 cant even keep up in terms of your online functionality. Seriously im at awe at how bad your online services are, kudos for having one of the worst app design + functionality out there. Im never going back here, what a waste of time energy and money. Do not download this app please its really bad.

Thanks Hi-Precision! Now it’s easy to see my results online!! At first, I was hesitant to download this app when i read the reviews but tried it anyways. I’m really glad, I did!

For those asking how to create an account, there’s no need. Just put in your patient ID# then your surname as your password. You will find it in the receipt
