I would like to give a five-star rating to the Fraud Analyst Named: Paul Pedalmazan from Union Bank Philippines Libis East Wood City Site who assisted me regarding my lost debit card. I was very worried because my card was missing and I was concerned about the safety of my salary from Sagility. The Fraud Analyst Names Pedalmazan his named and reference immediately helped me by blocking the card to prevent any unauthorized access and guided me through the process of resetting my password and requesting a card replacement.The agent was very patient, professional, and reassuring during the entire interaction. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely cared for as a customer. Because of their quick action and excellent customer service, I felt secure knowing that my future salary would not be stolen.This Fraud Analyst Named Paul Pedalmzan deserves a five-star rating and a promotion for providing outstanding customer service. I would still rate this app a good 4. I am contented with all it's features. My only concern is that I dont have any way to make feedback to the CSRs that I have talked to. I hope na ma-kita 'to ni UnionBank. That person hang up on me and mas mukhang mainit pa ang ulo niya kesa sakin sa abala na ginawa ng colleague niya. A week ago, tumawag ako para i-ask kung may way ba para matulungan ako na mapadala atm ko sa branch na malapit sakin at ako na lang ang pipick up. Sabi niya "yes" aasikasuhin daw niya. She even provided me a number of that branch and she advised me to call back sa kanila for update kung may progress sa request ko bago ako tumawag sa branch na sinasabi niya. She also said na maximum of 10 banking days at makukuha ko na atm card ko sa preferred bank branch ko. Only to find out, nung tumawag ako today sabi ng colleague niya (CSR din) wala daw silang record na may ganon kaming transaction/usapan. Walang documentation at wala daw siya way para maaccess yun. Nagkaroon na ako ng confusion kasi yung 1st rep nagawan niya ng paraan and then itong 2nd rep na nakausap ko wala daw siyang magagawa kasi binigyan ako ng wrong info nung last agent na nakausap ko. Pwede bang ganon na lang yun? Papalampasin? Yung bibigyan ang client ng mga maling info? E paano pala kung pumunta ako sa requested branch ko kung saan ko pipick up-pin ang atm card ko? Edi wala pala. Sayang ang pera, oras, panahon at pamasahe. Tapos madaling madali ka pa ibaba ang phone kasi inis ka dahil frustrated ako sa your client?

Best Banking App so far

This has been the best banking app I have ever used so far. You can check the statement for both of your savings and credit card account and you can manage cards. You can lock, unlock, set spending limit, disable or enable international transactions, online transaction, and even domestic transactions. If you lost the card, you do not have to call the hotline to report it as lost. You can immediately lock it on this app. It has spending tracker on the credit card. You can check which activity have you spent the most on the list. It has charts. Very easy to navigate, and so much more. The app has never crashed so far. If you cannot log in, it has message saying that there is a system maintenance and it will tell the time and date when will it be available. At least you would know immediately why you cannot log in. Salute to the developers and to the bank for investing on the app’s features.

Due to recent update I have not been able to successfully deposit a check. It has been harder to take pictures after the recent update. It always fails and had to retake many times. Once upload of cheque pictures is successful, my deposit is being rejected for not matching the deposit details. This happened three times already. I always check my transfer details and I know everything is correct. Also, it no longer shows on the app that the transaction failed, UB just send email for failed transactions so I had to write another check the next day with a different date since it no longer accepts if date is different on the back. Please restore old functionality or update. I have always recommended Unionbank to my friends because of convenience and reliability but it really has been frustrating lately that I can no longer rely on the app.
