Very convenient app specially after the recent updates!

I have been using this app from the very instance it was launched and to be honest it was the search was really bad at the time. But after the recent updates, it has been improved and works like a charm now. Love the flexibility of using it now. Hope you can add the feature of adding / saving the membership number automatically in the near future. Thanks!

GetGo is better than this merge GoRewards

I’m a GetGo user and everything was working well before the merge happened. It’s been 4 months now and counting and the team still can’t figure out why I can’t link my GetGo card to their app! I still have balance in GetGo about 24k and I can’t use it since GetGo app will redirect you to GoRewards, there is no way I can check my balance and what happend to my funds because of the linking problem. I encountered the same issue before in GetGo, they just activated my card and boooom everything was ok. I’ve been suggesting that solution to the customer service but they wouldn't listen. If only they will activate my closed card (card closed due to merging order, the latest card will be left activated and the previous cards will be closed by them automatically). I hope they do realize that the problem in my card linking is that it was closed because of the order it was merged, if only they will activate/open it so that I can link it in their GoRewards Pay. I guess my card will expire on 2024 and still they haven’t solve the issue. It just shows how incompetent their staff is! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

GetGo is better than this merge GoRewards

I’m a GetGo user and everything was working well before the merge happened. It’s been 4 months now and counting and the team still can’t figure out why I can’t link my GetGo card to their app! Buggy & Not crediting points

I linked my goTyme and GoRewards and initially had problems. It took so long to load and was really buggy. Took me weeks to finally do it.With that, raising to customer support, I also said that there were points that were not credited from my trip to/from Singapore in April. I was sure that I placed my GoRewards number when I paid for the trip but as per their support, there is no record. Unfortuantely I was not able to get a screenshot of the estimated points that time. I booked a Bali flight from July 12-16 and until now they haven’t credited my points. This time I took screenshots as proof of the estimated number of points. Just raised this to their support. But I believe this is similar to my Singapore flight - I did use my number but my points were not credited. Now I can’t do anything with the app, it just loads. Very buggy!
