(5-star rating – so this review is seen)I’ve always had a good credit standing with your company. On my most recent loan, I made sure to pay on the due date as agreed. However, after settling that payment, I was no longer allowed to reapply. At first, I thought it might have been due to a system delay or internal policy, so I patiently waited a month before trying again. After that time passed, the app indicated that I was eligible to borrow, so I applied for a small amount—but to my surprise, I was rejected again. The app simply said I needed to wait another month, with no clear explanation provided.I’m genuinely confused and disappointed, especially since I’ve done my part as a responsible borrower. If there’s an issue or a reason behind the repeated rejections, I wish it had been communicated clearly. Since that’s not the case, I’ve decided to delete my account. I appreciate the service you’ve offered in the past, but moving forward, I don’t see myself using this platform again. Thank you still—but never again.

only giving 5 stars so my review will be on top. Applied for a loan the other day and was instantly approved for ₱4,500. Problem is i never received any money from them. They said disbursment processing is 24 hrs but 2 days later still no fund from them. I spoke to their agent today, they told me money was transferred to my Gcash successfully but i never received the money nor any notifications from them that money was successfully transferred to my gacsh. I asked them for a proof of disbursment they said they cannot provide as it's not available and then i asked for a copy of my loan application, they said they don't have a copy but they can provide the loan contract which they will send to my registered email address but also never received any emails from them. Well i hope they won't expect me to pay them back for the money i never received. I have screenshots of my convo with their agents who refuses to give me copy of my application and proof of disbursment. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM APP!!!

I was able to loan immediately after they have called me. This app was great and the charge is fair enough unlike those other platforms who claims that you can pay it for how many months and the interest was so frustrating. So many charges. And you must pay it within 7 days timeframe. But this app is so reliable. I still give 5 stars even though they we’re so annoying who keeps on calling you 2 days prior to your due date. Different numbers all day. Even though you already explained when you will be able to make the repayment. You should minimize calling your clients because it was really a bother during hours. And it was clear on the app what time you should call us. You better improve on that specific area unless it was already the due date. Thankyou.

Hello, just wanna share that this app is very helpful when you badly need money. i borrowed many times and paid it. But there was one time that i was not able to pay on time with my credit balance due to super delayed salary release and i am in a far flang are that time and i cannot access my online banking app to check if my salary is already in my bank account. i did explained my side to the person i spoke with from Juanhand, though they advise me to pay it on the agreed date which i did pay. And i have no longer current balance with them. May 17, 2025, i tried borrowing money again but i was rejected and advised me to try again after a month..which i did. June 17, 2025, i tried it again to borrow since it was already a month of waiting but same as my first attempt, again i was rejected and again advised to wait for another month.. i assumed that they mark me as a bad creditor because of a delayed payment..😔But still a Big Thanks to this app.. they really did help me alot..
