First time to ikea buy online in the Philippines( my wife used to go to Ikea in Toronto) and I am so excited. After the choosing, it was smooth to payment and the Delivery option.I am waiitng for when the products arrive in whole and undamaged condition, i hope.IkeanNthe like this experience!

Search Bar Difficulty

Everything else is great. The filters and the room view are easy, the layout makes scrolling accessible and the app is easy to navigate overall. However, there's a small difficulty with the search bar. Am I supposed to search for the name of the product alone (which as a non-Swedish is hard)? It would always show "No items matched your search" whenever I would search for sofa, bread container, pillows, etc. I hope I can get clarity over this to further elevate my experience. Thank you!

Been months in between and the same issue pops up, tried to check out twice, leads to a blank page AFTER entering payment details. No, my iPhone does not need updating. NO order history, just a link to the ugly LBC website to track . Why? Don’t know. No filters available when you search. You would think that Ikea would have the resources to make a flawless app at par with their brand abroad, not the low Philippine standards we’ve come to expect. It’s very sad. This is something that is supposed to be unacceptable for a company doing this for a long time. Please hold your developers accountable or replace them.

Checkout problem and you can’t see order history on their app

Upon checking out I already placed my creditcard information then after submitting it says that my shopping cart is empty, then all of items in my cart are gone. Don’t know if my purchase proceed or not.It would be nice if we can actually track the orders in the app and not direct us to a different page in a browser, there is also no purchase history, you’ll just wonder if your purchase go through and the order confirmation. Invoice in the email arrive hours after confirming payment.
