I switched to this app when eToro closed and was pleasantly surprised—it's even better! I love that I can pay in PHP, which makes transactions super convenient. PDAX is Fraudulent

WARNING: Do not invest your money on PDAX!! I was once a trader of PDAX, I invest big amounts like a minimum of 10k. I used PDAX for more than 1 year already but I didn’t gained much, as I have observed until now that the market in PDAX only moves so slow. It’s like the buying and selling of cryptos in PDAX is different from the actual prices of stocks in the market. Let me share you my bad experienced in using this application, I used to trade high amounts on cryptos in the said app, I experienced I gained almost 3k but I only experienced to withdraw once because after I withdrawn the money, the management of PDAX emailed me that I have to withdraw all my traded funds in my account because they will terminate my account due to any violations. I replied on their customer service if what was my violations but they didn’t disclosed to me about the issue why they will delete my acct. & here’s a con, I haven’t withdraw all the funds in the acct because they’d limit it.

Very disappointed with this buggy and lousy app

This app is inconsistent.the amount shown in website is not the same that is showing in the application.There was also a bug I experience just yesterday when I buy and click the 100% it bought a higher bid and when I checked my portfolio total balance showed a high amount so I thought I have already gained in just one click. I was so excited to sell it since I have already gained(just I thought) as shown in the application but when I tried to sold it, the sell amount was very low and I lost a couple of cash!This only means that you need to double check the amount in the website before clicking buy in the app or else they will randomly choose an amount for you. This means you will lose your money as well 😪...SO THIS IS A WARNING THAT YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE APP, USE THE WEBSITE INSTEAD!I tried to report this issue to their customer service @ 1:52 today but customer support is very slow would take a day to replyThank you.
