1. Tried to create an account using the app and isn't working when logged in to the website.2. App links (icons) are not working.3. Tapping some links led us to pop up browser to shop, not useful either.4. Was hoping to get a vibe of online shopping experience but I guess this is just for rewards.5. We are getting there Abensons! Wishing you get more successful versions and update of the app.

The mobile app needs serious improvement. Whenever I click on a product, it opens the web version instead of showing it within the app. Then I have to log in all over again. What’s the point of a mobile app if it just redirects me to a browser?Another issue: when I tap the heart icon to add something to my wishlist, it instantly takes me to the wishlist page. And after clicking “Done,” it throws me back to the main homepage, so I have to start my browsing again. It’s really frustrating.To the engineers of this app- please take user experience seriously. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience, it’s something that actively discourages people from using the app.It’s surprising that this version of the app was released, considering how many basic issues it has. It’s hard to believe anyone reviewed this and said, ‘Yes, this is ready’ lol.

Why is it that whenever i am trying to do verification it keeps getting logged out and saying timed out???? When I just signed in ?????? I will change the review when this gets resolved

Finally Abenson now has a mobile app! Been waiting for them to release one. Also, good thing they have decided to fully digitalize and update their outdated loyalty program! Kudos to Abenson and the team!
