Good, but can be improved.

I have always liked ordering online as I have unlimited time to look at the menu for the food that I would like to eat. However, I would like to expect that whenever I search for an item like peach mango pie all the options would be there. I've always go for the 6 pies to go but its not there upon typing and using the search button, thinking that it's not there I have to individually add it up without the discount, had to go back to check if I had missed anything hence I scroll the page where the menu was and upon swiping, I was able to see it under dessert category. I just hope that this will be improved so that it can truly be user friendly.

Order completed when it’s not yet received

I’m new user of the app. It was today and I ordered earlier this morning around 1am (1pc burger steak)and another order 12noon (2pc chicken) - note this is same day. I called the branch because these two separate orders were completed when it’s not yet received. I was shocked and worried on my 1am order cause it was completed and I haven’t received it yet. So I call them and ask about it. Luckily they are responsive. What if not? Cause the orders are paid already. On my second order, same thing happened but what frustrates me the most is that I received the same order - burger. When it must be 2pc chicken. Aside from price difference, I expected for 2pc chicken. Chicken and not burger steak. Please do fix the systems in your branches. This hassle and have to wait again.

I panicked during the delivery because it says completed when its not yet delivered. I was glad that the number I used had a viber app connected to it coz it turns out that panda go app will send a message there to track your delivery. I think for people who dont have apps such as Viber they would not be able to track the order. So yeah, it was a shocking moment but all is well. I got my order on time.

I think for people who dont have apps such as Viber they would not be able to track the order. So yeah, it was a shocking moment but all is well. I got my order on time.

Linking of Card Payment

Account>Payment>Add Card - this function is not working. Previously raised that it is just loading after inputting the details. Now it shows this message “ The link you're trying to access is invalid or has already expired.” It is just a hassle to input your bank details every time you order. Note that card payment works for individual orders entering the details. But for saving/linking it within the app, it gives off an error. I have raised this before and the CS pushes that the issue is with the bank but it is not the case. It is a bug that needs a fix from the DEV Team.
