At furst it was so good but after paying the first 4 terms and when I try to borrow again for emergency and I haven't paid for the first term since I need to pay for the extra bill for the medical bill you guys suddenly harrased people even if I already sent you an email saying that I cannot pay yet, what do you guys even expecr other people do, steal from other people then use the money to pay you, if you people can at least check emails and understand for a moment then we are good, I know the business runs like that but considering people or customer is a must also.

You offered 120 days! But how come a day before the due date of the 1st or 2nd payment you harassed our contact lists which is a clear violation because we only gave you 3 contact references. That's hacking! We thought we could skip paying any terms of payment as long as we can pay our debt within 120 days! My friend even told me that he paid you already but you still keep on asking him to pay. How can we trust you that if we pay our debt you will stop harassing us. Aside from that, you offered 120 days! 120 days to pay our debt! What if we don't have the money for 1st, 2nd or 3rd payment and we want to pay it full on the very last term? It's not in the agreement that you will harass, we agreed that our informations will be kept but if you keep on doing thay people will not pay you anymore because you already harassed them.

I am a VIP client of this app and always pay on time. Tried to make advance payment earlier and got rejected for reloan!! No response from their support email and everything is bots!! I used up all my money to because I thought I will be able to reloan but NO. That was for my medical bill. Agents keeps spamming even if the due date is not even up. Heartless people!!Rating 5 star just so that everyone can see this.

This loan app is all talk. They bombard you with messages to try the app and lure you in with flashy promises of fast approval and generous loan amounts, but once you go through the hassle of downloading the app, creating an account, and providing your details, you’re hit with a cold disapproval—without any real explanation.What’s even more insulting is the message they send afterward, telling you to “maintain good loan behavior” to increase your chances in the future. How can anyone build a good record if you never even give them a chance?It’s a classic bait-and-switch. They prey on people who actually need help and then turn around and offer nothing. This app is just another dead end wrapped in false hope.
