The app is not easy to log in or register it keeps coming back on the front when you try to log in I guess still has a lot to improve but over all I downloaded tried to login/create nothing works. Need to improve the app 1st before offering discounts when you tried to use the app in ordering since its not accessible for all ages especially for non techey people/person

Great app for ordering food! The interface is user-friendly, and I love having both delivery and pickup options. Delivery is usually quick and reliable, and when I choose pickup, my order is always ready on time. The real-time order tracking is a nice touch, and the menu is easy to browse. I was excited that they replaced the old Amber app but it was very disappointing that it did not deliver the same functionalities and features. The UI revamp is great, but the functionalities from login, adding delivery address, placing orders, confirming orders are totally unreliable and i have to repeat multiple times and the order was wiped though i thought that it was already confirmed and we are waiting for the scheduled delivery but was very disappointed the order no longer exist!!! To the Amber leadership, please review the capabilities of your Product Team…

I’m an avid order and pickup person, this is my first time experiencing having my pickup order be placed on the wrong place. I put Quezon City Sct. Limbaga as my pickup place. When the day of pickup comes, I went to the Q.C. branch only to be told by the cashier that my order was at Manila Ermita branch. Hopefully the app gets fixed where you can see where you placed your order. Thankfully, the cashiers were kind enough to suggest to cancel the app purchase and order in store personally.
