Lazada wallet - too difficult to withdraw your own money

I used lazada wallet to pay my bills, so I cashed in the amount that I need for the payment. I wasn’t able to pay my internet bill as converge is not on the list of their billers. One of the agent told me that it will take 24hrs to resolve their issue with converge but 5 days passed, still no update. So I tried to ask again a customer service representative via chat support, this time for refund since I need to pay my internet bill. Whenever I try to withdraw my remaining money on my lazada wallet there’s always an error that says “below minimum withdrawal amount” and the agent told me that there’s no minimum withdrawal amount, but cannot explain to me why I get that error. The cs rep mentioned that it will take 10 business days to process my refund and I have to get it via remittance center. I asked her, why is it so easy to cash in via electronic wallet and will take 10 business days to get MY MONEY which I am only withdrawing since they don’t have my biller on their list? And why I have to line up to a remittance center but I can cash in without doing so? She said, that’s their process goes. This is so annoying and I am very disappointed with the process. On other apps like this, I can withdraw even the smallest amount on my ewallet and it will tale 3 business days ONLY.

Kudos on fast delivery (like the number of days an item is set out for deliver) in most of the orders but hard thumbs down to the timeframe of actual delivery to customer’s doorstep. I work night shift and live alone so no one can receive my parcels for me and I couldn’t stay awake all day just to wait for my parcel. Sometimes riders would arrive as late as 5pm. There was even an instance where this particular rider delivered my 2 items at past 3pm (yes,stayed awake for my parcels) then past 5pm he came back bec he said there’s 1 more item he needs to deliver. He called me many times but I couldn’t wake up so he texted me. When I woke up,I replied to his text message to instead deliver it in the morning the next day. He said thank you and tagged it as delivered in the app. Came next day,he delivered it past 3pm still. How frustrating and irritating can that get. Also, can’t even contact riders or if ever the sms from unknown numbers is allowed on their phones,they won’t listen if requested to deliver early. That’s a bummer. Is why I choose not to place orders that frequent. I only place orders for items I really need.

A Bit Disappointed

I am a loyal patron of Lazada. Even when new big online shops of the same category started to emerge I stayed and continued to patronize Lazada. This is because I believed in the integrity of the company. But unfortunately Lazada’s quality of services started to decline. They now cannot control the kind of sellers and kind of items being sold under the company. Some sellers charge exorbitantly for their items which you will find in other sites at a much lower price. There are now sellers who sell items of very low quality. Before when you say you’re buying from Lazada you’re assured you’ll get quality products at reasonable prices. Then Lazada started charging delivery fees. I don’t mind paying delivery fees but it is being charged exorbitantly. Like if you order a certain number of items from the same shop the customer still gets charged a delivery fee for each item which is very unreasonable and preprosterous. Don’t get me wrong..I still love Lazada and I am still here trying to make orders and buy. But I have to give an honest review. Lazada’s quality of service has declined tremendously. But I am still thankful you still have goof customer service although it is also starting to decline in quality. Changes are necessary but I hope Lazada make changes for the better in consideration not only of the company but also in consideration of their customers most especially their loyal customers like me.

I don't know if it's only me or you guys experienced this too. I am a shopee user back in the Philippines. But when I transfer here in Thailand, shopee is not accessible. So I try downloading this app for the FIRST TIME!! Then I tried signing up and used my number, my personal number was linked to another account of Lazada. It says the number is used and active for another account, which is confusing because it's my first time using Lazada. So I tried to confirm it since everytime I try to create a new one I got blocked quickly. So I tried to log on using my number which says "active" then it really is active and guess whose account was it? MY EX's?! So every time I use Lazada, the account I'm opening was my Ex's! I don't understand how it happened. Please explain?? And also I tried downloading the app to my other phone which I'm using here also in Thailand. I have a Thai # so I used it to log on, and guess what?! It is also linked to anther account. Account owner was a Thai male. And I tried using my personal gmail, and guess what again?! Same person!!
