I have raised this several times to no avail from your support team. Appreciate the convenience in generating your own bank certificate for visa application purposes however I have reported that the address line reflects twice in the letterhead. For example: British Embassy Manila 120 Upper McKinley Road, 120 Upper Mc Kinley Road Taguig, Taguig ????? It doesn’t look legit and professional so I will not end up using it anyway. What a hassle. No one from your team is even looking into this. Calling the hotline doesn’t help. They said email. Emailing doesn’t help. No one answers to own the concern 👎🏽 your interest rate offer is not as competitive as other digital banks now and the reason I stayed was due to this convenience. However if this thing is not even fixed, I don’t see the incentive to stay 👎🏽

bugs on iphone se 2016

i very much preferred the older iteration of the app when it had a cleaner interface and none of those gigantic banners above. the app was smoother then, unlike now where it glitches and sometimes randomly freezes when viewing the previous transactions. it had no problem running on iphone se 2016. i i now access the app using iphone 7.however, i am still giving it a 4/5 because all of my transactions via instapay and pesonet came through without any problem. announcements are also sent timely via the app. i was also able to withdraw from an atm during an overseas trip, whereas i was not able to use my landbank atm. the exchange rate was reasonable too.a feature i would like to see is a separate accounts for the debit card and savings, sort of like the ING Pay and ING Save so that if the card becomes compromised, the main savings account is still safe.i would have liked to transfer it to iphone se 2016 but for some reason, i keep getting a ‘change of device failed’ error message. also, if they could make the interface less cluttered, that would be nice.

The app is good, been using it for over a month now. Fund transfer both in and out of my account is very reliable and hasn’t failed me thus far. My only issue is the Favorites feature:1. I actually had a hard time inputting account details. I am using an ipad and I had to tap repeatedly on each line before I am able to input anything.2. There is no facility to delete or edit added account details. What if an account is already closed and no longer exists or the details entered are incorrect and had to be corrected?In hope this can be improved.

The app always ask me to change my passcode

Everytime I open the KOMO application, I always get the Welcome message and when I select skip, it will ask me to Set a new passcode which I cannot set because I encounter an error. Tried reinstalling the application but is getting the same error. Been experiencing this issue for long. Already raised a ticket but no one updated me with the status of the resolution. Hope this get fixed. Will change the rating once resolved.UPDATE as of April 28, 2021- The app is working now properly kn my device. Great job! Keep it up. I'm so happy ❤️
