With our new Voucher Upsell feature, the app will automatically suggest vouchers that can help you meet the threshold. This ensures you’ll never miss out on discounts, allowing you to enjoy your favorite McDonald’s meals at even better prices. Whether it’s Php 50 off, free delivery, or a special deal, unlocking these offers is now easier than ever.

Navigating the McDelivery App is also now more seamless with Deep Linking. This update directs you straight to the pages you need, without unnecessary steps. Whether you're checking on your order, browsing the menu, or accessing exclusive promos, deep linking makes every action quicker and more intuitive, saving you time and reducing hassle.

Another highly requested update we’ve introduced is the ability to use multiple Senior Citizen or PWD cards in a single transaction. We understand how important it is for our customers to take full advantage of the privileges they’re entitled to. Now, if you’re ordering for several eligible family members, you can enter multiple cards in one go, streamlining the process and ensuring everyone gets their discounts in a single transaction.

Still Not Good Enough

——— PROS: Lets you select a branch based on your address/location /// Enables the use of Maps to pin your location plus lets you provide your specific address after /// Allows you to add Senior Citizens and PWD for their discounts /// Interface appears to be smooth and overall looks have improved substantially compared to previous versions of the app ——— CONS: App is very slow at regular intervals. Not an Internet issue since we can access other apps just fine. /// App often loads slow then just stops loading the page altogether saying it’s an error. You’d have to restart the app each time because refreshing the app inside makes it more frustrating to use. /// We’ve placed order but it doesn’t load in the orders tab. Just keeps saying error. ——— SUGGESTIONS: Reduce frequent lag times for smoother access to the app. No point providing improvements in the app if it cannot even load properly. /// Provide an option to upload IDs of Seniors and PWDs to avoid risk of fraudulent customers taking advantage of the system especially because your own riders do not ask us for the IDs nor signatures. /// Do regular updates for bugs/network fixes. Customer Service

I used to order through this app multiple times. Everything was good and smooth. But today, we set a delivery for later. After 1 hour beyond the scheduled delivery time, I checked the order status on the app and it was still on "Order submitted". We called the customer support and the agent also confirmed that it should be delivered already. The agent apologized and contacted the appropriate department to follow up the order. I was told to wait for a call back from the store. But after 20 mins, I didn't receive a call back but a text message instead stating that they tried contacting me to clarify something from the order but "I am not available". Although my signal was good, I still checked my call logs because maybe I missed their call but there was none. They also include a contact number where we can call to discuss the issue with my order but the number is not a working number. We called their hotline again and while on the line I saw that my order got cancelled! We tried placing another order using a different number thinking that there might be an issue or problem with mine but after almost 2 hours, no calls, no texts, and the status of the order was still on "order submitted" status. Very disappointed! You should also put a "cancel order" option so customers can cancel their orders when there's no progress on the order after and no comms from the store. 👎👎👎👎

Order Incomplete. So Disappointing

I'm from Bohol, and I usually call our local McDo branch here for delivery. I decided to use the app after a series of unanswered calls to the local branch here. I used the app and ordered. App is user friendly thus using it wasn't a challenge. It was when I placed the order already and reviewed it, I notice 3 items were missing on my order which is the most important order for my child. I received a text from them and i replied to add my missing order. Still it doesn't show that its added, I have no option to add items even if the status shows its in process still. I was hoping still that it will be added on the delivery but when it came, it wasn't. I was so disappointed. The delivery guy said its process in manila and they'll just received the list on the branch here and deliver it. Its so disappointing as they have my number, they could have called and informed me whats missing in my order if i need to change it to something similar. I'm giving 2 stars for the app being easy to use and for the delivery guy who is very polite to explain the situation.
