Customer Support is bad
After you purchased the product and paid for it, I have to follow up days after i sent my payment. I asked for tracking number and they replied “please wait for a while”.
And on the next days, I received a text message from an unknown number that they are from MNLA and will deliver the product. I sent that message to their FB, and asked if the message is from them. This is their response, “Would you mind just waiting for the product instead?”.
Do I have any choice? At least, give us information on how are we going to receive the product.
App force close
Everytime I click an item app will automatically close. Hope this will be fixed soon
