BIGGEST INTERNET SCAM IN PHILIPPINES

Avoid using this Sky Cable and find another internet provider instead. My internet connection was slow or nonexistent for almost three months, which had an impact on my online learning and work. I discovered they hadn't made any adjustments after they sent the bill. Such SCAMMER! After I asked for adjustments, they only gave me a 300 fck!ng peso refund, and they can't explain why only P300. I then received another reply stating that they would continue to escalate this issue again and again for the 1000th time. Wow! Additionally, their customer service is HORRIBLE! Keep away from this business and you'll thank me later.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SKY CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is not our fault that you did not acknowledge our disconnection request last august 2020. Also we were not informed that it was an auto reply and we have to reply to other email as per AL. I'd like to give a feedback to agent AL when he assisted us over the phone. I am expecting a polite manner from Al instead he was sarcastic and rude. I hope this agent will be given disciplinary actions and will be off the phone. This is not how you treat customers. You should be providing solutions and treating other people with respect. What if it happens to his family? 🙂

App is not working.

My device is iPhone 11 iOS 14.

I had installed this for sometime & have used it once before. Tried using it again because of some issues but app was not loading. I uninstalled the app & downloaded it again. The app was loading already but when I tried to log in & message was invalid email address. Tried to register again & I have to click on agree on both terms & conditions & privacy policy but where to click on to signify that I agree. The app is not yet ready for release.
