No Virtual Debit
I will change my review if at least they could provide virtual debit card in near future. I think that’s what banking meant, they should provide it to their customers.
Always down
3 times now this bank is down/unavailable, with zero notice to its customers. Its such a simple thing to let your customers know, you are safeholding people’s money for christ sake!
In this day in age PH banks should be accountable for constantly resulting in their systems being unavailable. Let us continue to report to BSP, and there should be some sort of fine for banks not having their systems available for customers.
