It’s easy to enroll the billers, own accounts, and accounts from other banks. It’s also easy to cash in your GCash from PBCOM online platform. Open an account with PBCOM and download this app! 😊
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
When i call the number. Your agent gilbert is rude and doesn’t know how to assist customers! He even hangup on me. I ask to have his supervisor greg which is unknowledgable to handle customer as well.
IM SAD THAT PBCOM HIRE THIS PEOPLE. They are unprofessional cant even imagine why they get hired for this job. PLEASE FIX MY ISSUE!! My issue is simple CHANGE NUMBER.
Its been running for more than a week! For god sake it’s not even that hard!
