I’ve been using the Singlife app for almost a year now and it’s been nothing but a breeze to use! For someone like me who is only starting their journey with purchasing insurance, the user experience makes it really easy to understand which type of products is best suited for you. This is such a big plus bc the customer knows exactly what they’re paying and getting covered for! Singlife is definitely a game changer in helping Filipino realize the value of insurance and why they need it, super glad to have something like this available in the country! 🙌🏼

Your app’s loading whatever is so annoying, it takes longer than any other apps. You didn’t even have direct policy cancellation button, there is always a need to reach you pa on your provided contact details which take days for you to respond. And oh, your linked bank account feature isn’t reliable, wdym you can’t check if the filled out information is an invalid details? Like any other platforms do? I transferred my remaining fund on my e-wallet and entered my savings account number instead (which also misses 1 digit kay it supposed to be 12) yet the transfer was still successful, how is it that even possible. Another bad experience was when I repeatedly ask you to cancel my policy already as I decided to fully withdraw from your platform but you didn’t cancel it, instead you keep on reminding me my due date. Insurance app like this, should be accessible!!

Truly a Super App! if the goal was to waste my time and energy

I'm using an iPhone, and the cash-in feature on this app doesn't work properly. I've reinstalled it multiple times, but I keep getting the same "Something went wrong" error whenever I try to submit, even though my profile is fully completed. I've also emailed tech support, but haven't received any response. It's extremely frustrating. What’s the point of promoting an app if its core features are unreliable or broken? It feels like it wasn’t properly tested across platforms. Honestly, I might as well stick with GCash—at least it works. Please don’t launch or promote an app if it’s not fully functional. It’s a waste of users' time and energy.
