If you want to earn more with your savings, TONIK is for you

Been using Tonik since May, and I think Tonik is better than other banking apps currently in the app store. Made an account in less than 5 minutes, and I deposited in my account the next day. Its easier and more fun to save money with this bank considering the interest rates they offer. They offer free cash-in when you connect your BPI account (which is what I mainly use for topping up). Also, their in-app customer service is easily accessible either chat or call. No need to wait for long queues using your telephone just to ask a question. I’m excited for what Tonik would offer next since their current products are quite promising considering that they have only been around for about a year.

Service 👌🏼

So far the experience was good, had an issue about my virtual card that couldn’t be enabled. Contacted the chat support and it was great, rep even called me via phone to follow up and fix the issue.

The not so good thing is only the fee for tap up, it’s the latest update and quite big so you better tap up to at least earn it back thru the interest rate.

Unreliable bank. Same developer responses to issues

This is the WORST digital bank of all the ones available today.
Totally unreliable. For several weeks already I cannot log into my account whether by face id or by password.
Reporting this here in the forum is useless as the developer seems to have a CUT AND PASTE RESPONSE approach to all issues here. “Hey Luv, i hope you’ve reported this to our CC dept. (this gets tiring - the feeling close way to address customers! When in fact, they are responding like robots. I expect the same response again here.. Hey luv, i hope you’ve reported this to so and so…). You’re the developer, how come, you can’t fix the app and we need to report to customer care when the main issue is authentication failure on log-in. It’s the app that’s problematic and I hope Tonik FIRES THEIR USELESS DEVELOPERS who will likely have the same robotic response to this feedback!!!
