Very convenient and efficient Application

Transportify helped me transfer my stuff from one place to another in an awesome way. Just need to download the app, and the app itself is very user friendly all the features can be seen in just one click. If you have any questions, you may reach out thru their customer service anytime.. any day and they were all extending their hands to help and assist not only beginner clients but also their partner drivers. Kudos to all the operations team who made lipat bahay this easy. Looking forward for my next booking with you.

This application had made me reach a lot of my potentials in terms of expanding my market structure. Before, I had a hard time to utilize and facilitate my logistics and goods since some of them gave a last minute info that they can't make it because of a lot of excuses. Today with the help of Transportify , I had really expanded my business which I never imagined. To me, Urgency is the Best Policy so I trusted Transportify with their Business Program platform that made me more confident on their services.

Transportify does not care about their Driver

I have a friend who accepted a booking. However, the client/customer verbally cancelled the last minute. The client didn’t even cancel it on his application. What would be the effect to the client? None. How will it affect the driver? A strike if he cancels or a lesser pop-up for bookings. We have a lot of clients cancelling the last minute. Which is unfair for your drivers. Your drivers bring you income not just the clients. If you have no drivers, you don’t have clients. Why not setup a new rule or policy for customers/clients that cancels the last minute or passed a certain threshold of time? Like, a penalty? It just annoys me so much that your company does not care for your drivers. I am a client myself, but if I am irresponsible, I deserve to get penalized.
