Great service!

At first, I was so dissapointed with my original booking. The driver was not responsive in all my calls and texts. I’ve been waiting for 1 hr & 35 mins without any notice so I decided to asked chat support. Chris (chat support)
was very helpful and efficient by trying to locate the driver but also failed. So he looked for another asap booking for me as an alternative and found one! Aside from that, as a compensation from the hassle and stress that I experienced, he offered a credit wallet for ₱1800 equals to the amount of my booking. I didn’t expect it and he took an extra mile just to do that.

At the end, the 2nd booking went perfectly fine and their service was superb! I even gave them a tip to express my gratefulness.

My total experience was like a roller coaster ride since moving to a new home is so stressful. But glad that I found a great support with Chris and for my 2nd booking team.

Not gonna hesitate to recommend these service to my family and friends! I even tagged them as my favorite driver.

Great app and great service

The Transportify app is easy enough to navigate through the multiple configurations that can be set for each booking. It’s easy to schedule; choose a vehicle; and indicate extra help on the app. Indicating the payment method for the booking is also a nice touch.
As for the service, the driver was on time for both the pickup and drop-off. The porters were also very eager to do their jobs and insisted they load and unload the truck by themselves. Overall it was a very good experience booking with Transportify, I can see myself using the service again and recommending it to others.

DALIA FAULTY. CANCELLATION VERY BIASED!

ISSUE 1: DALIA FEATURE IS FAULTY

I booked a small pick up and ticked the features I would need including extra helper and special assistance from driver. I am sure that I ticked it because I saw the increase in prices and prepared the amount for it. The app has a feature where "Dalia" takes over the facilitation of bookings when the search for drivers is taking too long.

When Dalia finally found a driver for me, I was FRUSTRATED upon learning that the driver told me I didn't request for anything. I also checked the app and that was really the case - no helper or anything. The price even dropped. I think the Dalia feature has a bug. Please fix it.

ISSUE 2: BOOKING CANCELLATION REASONS ARE VERY BIASED

Since I was frustrated from Issue 1, I decided to cancel the booking because it was unfair for the driver to proceed when the app was really the problem. Upon cancelling, I got even MORE FRUSTRATED because the list of options for cancelling PUTS ALL THE BLAME TO THE CUSTOMER. Transportify is not even open to hear other possible reasons. There was no "Others, please specify" or something similar.

THESE GOT ME VERY FRUSTRATED! I hope you fix these issues! It is VERY UNFAIR for drivers nor customer reps to deal with this matter when all they could do is just refer what the app logs in it.
