Unacceptable Delays in Debit Card Delivery and Poor Customer Support

I ordered and fully paid for my SadaPay physical debit card on November 19, 2025, with the expectation—based on the app's own guidelines—of delivery within 3-5 working days. As of December 11, 2025, over three weeks later, I have still not received it. Repeated inquiries via in-app support have yielded only vague, automated responses with no concrete timelines, tracking updates, or proactive resolution.This is not merely an inconvenience; it undermines the core functionality of a digital wallet service, rendering the physical card—a paid feature—effectively inaccessible during a period when reliable access to funds is essential. SadaPay positions itself as a modern, customer-focused alternative to traditional banking, yet this experience reveals significant operational shortcomings in logistics and customer care, echoing numerous similar complaints from other users regarding prolonged delays and unresponsive support.While the app offers convenient virtual features and fee-free transfers, the failure to deliver on basic promises erodes trust in the platform. I hope the team addresses these systemic issues promptly, as fintech services in Pakistan must prioritize reliability to foster genuine adoption. Until then, potential users should approach with caution regarding physical card orders.

My account got locked/deactivated without any reason. Out of nowhere. On app it is saying to use get help window and there is no option to contact you guys or even talk to your in app agents. I tried to contact you via helpline and its not working. Then I contacted you via email and still no response. I transferred my funds to my other bank account and that account is also restricted because of sadapay. And they even cant do anything about it. All they said is this restriction is from sadapay and you have to contact them to resolve this. And there is no option to contact sadapay. Because of this my both accounts are restricted and my funds are locked. Frankly I don’t care whether my sadapay works or not. But i do care about my other bank account. Kindly reslove this matter or atleast tell me what the issue is. I advise people to not use these so called micro banks because they have no physical facility or any helpline or any responding team. Everywhere i searched it is saying talk to in app agent. And because of this restriction I can’t even use this option. Tell me what should i do. Whom should i talk to. How to resolve this issue. Cause of my funds that are locked in my other account i am really stuck right now.

My account was showing an error with the current balance, so I reported it to their help center. They assured me it would be resolved within 2-3 working days. However, after two days, my account was temporarily restricted, and they accused me of conducting illegal transactions. I contacted the help center again, but they weren’t responding properly. I then reached out via Instagram, and at first, they claimed my account didn’t exist. After I insisted it did, they asked me to fill out a form to retrieve my funds.I filled out the form, but they then requested an FRC (Family Registration Certificate). I told them I couldn’t provide it because I don’t have an FRC, and they told me to contact the help center again through the application. At this point, I was frustrated because I had already been trying to get help through their help center without success.Their responses felt like a series of petty games—they weren’t helpful, didn’t acknowledge the issue properly, and kept passing me around in circles. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional. How can they withhold someone’s hard-earned money and handle such situations so poorly? Their lack of proper communication and accountability is unacceptable.
