Please fix funds transfer issues
I am not satisfied with the app regarding funds transfer especially it does not even work when i click on it or then i click on payees it remains same unfortunately!

Too slow
Dear BOK team, We are very disappointed by the speed of BOK digital app, it takes too much time to login and whenever we want to do any transaction it will starting loading and loading and loading we waits for 4 to 5 min but transactions gets failed what’s wrong with the app. Each app gets better and better with time but BOK app is getting worser and worser day by day.
Transaction not working
Sir whenever i want to transfer fund its show processing and doesn’t working.I have to wait for 5 min and still fund transfer is not happening..Plz improve your service ..I have even call to call center but they said that your account is inactive and in the app it show active..Plz improve your service for the customer..
