I am a standard chartered user from past 6 months and trying to register on app but all in vain . i tried multiple times but could not be able to register on app through credit card. If you call their help line its dropped after every 1 minute. do we get this life only to register on Standard chartered mobile app ? kindly improve
my mobile number is updated in standard chartered bank without my consent and i dont know who's number has been attached to my account
when i complain that i want to know who updated my mobile number which is not mine they did not cooptate and my complain was closed without any intimation to me. when i call help line they told my complain status and they again did not cooperate and put my call on hold i waited for 21 minutes but they did not respond then i hang up .
i don't know what should i do . may be there is a legal way to ask you guys that why my mobile number has been changed ??

I can’t understand how your security system works. I’m sure it’s very protective the way I, a user, can hardly ever get into my account on the first attempt. The app just disabled my Touch ID because, wait for it, *I USED it*. I can never login using my password as the app absolutely fails to recognize what I type and I’ve given up changing it every time I need to login, but now, since my Touch ID has been so conveniently disabled, I’ll be wasting another precious half hour changing the password, then logging into my app, then configuring the fingerprint. Makes me regret making account with SC!
Oh, and funny enough, I just received a text from SC informing me that *I* have disabled the Touch ID. BRAVO!
I have not used any banking application that is so pathetic. This application is developed to do only a few things and if you try get more information about your account, this application crashes immediately. It does not show all the transactions you have made. It only shows the transactions that are made through an ATM and thats it. If you have made an online transaction it won't show up and the balance will remain the same.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
