Seriously, this app is ridiculous. My internet connection works perfectly fine on 5G, and I can stream videos on Netflix without any buffering issues. But as soon as I use this app, the buffering becomes unbearable. It’s honestly frustrating how an app can perform this poorly when the internet connection itself is perfectly fine.I don’t understand why videos buffer more on this app than they do on Netflix. The constant loading and interruptions completely ruin the experience. It feels like the app has serious optimization or server issues that need to be fixed. The developers really need to work on improving streaming performance and stability instead of making users struggle with endless buffering. A good internet connection should be enough to use the app smoothly. Please fix these issues because the current experience is extremely disappointing and nowhere near what users should expect from a modern app.

After seeing some of the recent negative reviews, I decided to test the app myself and honestly my experience has been very good so far.One thing I have to say first, though. The logo needs some serious help 😂. The app itself looks clean and polished but the logo feels like it was created 5 minutes before the launch! Jokes aside, here’s what I noticed while testing the app:1. Clean interface: The UI is simple and easy to navigate. To forward an episode, you currently need to tap the forward arrow. A double-tap option would be a nice addition, but this is not a major issue.2. Login works well with Google: Logging in through a Google account worked perfectly for me. There were no login issues or infinite loading screens, and the process was quick and straightforward.3. Apple ID login needs attention: I did notice an issue when trying to create an account using Apple ID. On multiple phones, the app gets stuck on an infinite loading screen and does not proceed. This seems to be something the team should look into.4. Smooth playback: I had no issues watching episodes. No random logouts, no noticeable stuttering, and nothing major to complain about. Overall, it just worked normally.5. Great notch adjustment:One of my favourite UI features is the small notch-adjustment option while watching episodes. It lets you slightly adjust the screen size to accommodate your phone’s notch, which is a thoughtful little touch.I also suspect some of the earlier issues may have been related to a sudden inflow of traffic, which could have put pressure on the backend. Hopefully, the technical team continues working on making the infrastructure more robust for large numbers of users.

At first i was watching drama on web and now i am using this app on mobile as well as on smart Tv an i feel its app was made by Secondary Scool certificate Pass Developer which Took too much time to load. When Finally, after playing when you are in full screen mode. Pointer is always there no matter what and i was continuously focusing pointer rather than drama. Whole watching drama it keeps reloading after some time without any reason then i shifted to mobile app and expecting here i will have better experience. Loading issue is same on mobile app as well. If you selected episode and drama is playing. Previous episode, next episode and back button isn't working. I mean what??? Buttons are mot working??? You guys need to hire proper QA team. Right now the experience is as worst as I can't think of. Remember that you guys are going to compete with Netflix type ott and people are expecting same experience from you.

Seriously, you guys need to get your act together and fix this garbage web application. For such a massive network, it is embarrassing how pathetic this app is. Not a single episode of any drama plays properly. It’s just an endless loop of buffering, random crashes, and constant error screens. You can't even watch five minutes of content peacefully. It is completely obvious that your management has zero clues about what they are doing. Do you even have a functioning SQA (Software Quality Assurance) team, or do you just push broken updates directly to the public without testing? The user interface is laggy, the server capacity is non-existent, and the overall experience is infuriating. If your internal team doesn't know how to run a streaming service, go hire some actual professionals who do. Stop wasting our time and data on this broken product. Fix this mess ASAP!
