Problem in logging in Bank Islami App on iphone

I have iphone 7 plus. I dont have biometric update option in my bank islami app despite downloading the latest version. Moreover i cannot login to my account via mobile app. There is an error that “Could not login at this time”. However i can login through bank islami mobile app through my other mobile which is Samsung. Don’t know what is the issue on bank islami app installed on my iphone .

PATHETIC APP & MOST ANNOYING CALL CENTRE STAFF

It is the most pathetic mobile banking app I have ever come across. Worst interface. While paying my credit card bill through their new app error displays “FETCHING TITLE FAILED”. In order to resolve the same i tried contacting their phone banking officer, which was answered after a long delay by a person in sleepy tone. I provided him replies to 05 verifications after which he enquired my issue and asked for the 6th verification, upon which i got annoyed and asked him to get his line manager. Some silly dude in a rude tone introduced himself as assistant manager call centre and immediately asked for the same verification which i refused to provide. Seems like a team of idiots are operating their call centre. The issue remained unresolved and he did not blocked my card by provviding the same stupid reason. I urge the bank islami management to hire some professionals and invest in their human resource and IT experts who can provide them some better digital solutions then this buggy app.

Phone Banking Issue

First time i went to branch for mobile banking activation they said you services activated. Than after some time i tried to reset password but did not receive any OPT on my mobile and than after some time i again tried to reset but than second time it gives error "Your service has been deactivated".
Than second time i activated the phone banking through helpline, they said after 15 minutes you can login. I tried to reset again but again did not receive OTP token and again same issue as above of "Your service has been deactivated" and even i did not receive any message on mobile for cash withdrawal since last 3 to 4 months. After one attempt every time its automatically services deactivated again.
Its really pathetic service which disappointed me many times.
