Ratings and Reviews
Annoying as Hell.
I’ve been using this app from almost 1 year and so, user interface is old as hell and doesn’t work most of the time, even though opening one tab you wont find how to go back. In that particular situation you’ve to shut down whole app to see another menu bar.
This find wont give you any good vibe lookalike ufone wont have good software engineers team or wont care what era world is living in..
please upgrade userface also make app with most likely eye catching features and user friendly or delete from APPLE STORE.
App crashing most of the times
It’s not good i wasted my time downloading it and wasted my data too on updates as well. The app crashes most of the times. The biometric lock doesn’t work with iphone X, it lacks even simple features for instance you can’t see how much of the data is left, or like subscribing packages. Not to mention it’s pathetic interface, it’s neither good nor users freindly, i am seriously disappointed with ufone i have been using ufone for 7 years now and let me say that it was one of the best cellular networks in the past but now it’s lagging behind in every aspect you can contemplate by comparing the package bundles it offers with it’s competitors and one more thing to add it has 3g connectivity which disappoints you every time. In a nutshell i am really disappointed with the services Ufone is offering and i am considering of converting my number to anyother network only because I cannot dispose of this number.
Paid torture
All Pakistani cellular network are worst.
It is like paying to be torture. Yesterday I came to realize that Ufone don't have 4G coverage in a Capital city. And they even can't provide a proper 3G network. Network load shedding on peak. As soon as electricity go away same does the cellular network after that you can't you internet for a simple browsing.I was thing that worst internet award should go to ufone or mobilink but currently I am giving the award of worst cellular network for internet in whole Pakistan is Ufone.
Congrats for earning a such big award.

You guys are big company and you guys should be thankful that I am not a lawyer otherwuse I would sued you to last penny.
