This application has a lots of bugs… I am unable to go back, I am unable to select seats.. App is just unresponsive and freezing every time.. They don’t you to book online…! No use of this application..!! Just wastage of time, simply don’t book it online, you will loose your money and it would be difficult to get back your money
Unable to recover password
However every application has some room for improvement with User Experience, The contact details given in the application doesn't work but the support from Easyway technologies is just great.
Unable to add person for tickets
This aap need lot of improvements and documentation. Like i am unable to add person to buy tickets and how can i book ticket for senior citizen? I tried to book tickets for some times in last two years but in vain due to error in adding person.
