SadaPay: Money made simple 4+

Literally bois like this sadapay bank tops all the big names of pakistani banks like hbl ubl and all those trashy piece of a litter. Im gonna be straight up w you bois its worth it its genuinely pleasing to use and the biggest thing for me is that its supported on international sites like come on which bank do you know that lets you spend your own bloody money only and still gets your card declines after you spend a penny up on line as if you’re not even mature enough to do it even tho you physically show them banks your face and your info that look broskis im old enough thats why im opening up this acc in your bank but still those banks are like naaahhh fam u kid u can’t do it without asking us lol.

Sadapay is a worst banking app i have ever used. First they will make you fool by creating your accounts in 2 or 3 months. You will think that its such a premium app that you will have to wait for 2 months. But its the worst app. There is a list of issues in this app i will mention few of them. First you cannot transfer an amount to an IBAN you need to know the local account number for sending amounts. You cannot see bank statements in this app you have to request to their customer support and they will send you the bank statement in 24 hours. There are playing with the transactions for example i have made a payment on a website on January due to some reason the website refunded my amount on in February. Sadapay is such a beautiful app that they are showing the transaction of my refund on the same date on which i have made the payment. I mean what the hell they have changed to history of transactions and they called their self a banking or financial app. I can’t explain what they are doing. I just say that our money is not safe in this app because i have experienced it. This is not a banking app.

I made a sadapay account because I wanted a mediatory between my main bank account when shop online and I thought they would be far more efficient with dealing with the problems that often come up with online shopping. I was wrong.
I have been left less then impressed by their customer service. They don’t have physical offices so one would think they would have enough customer representatives to take on queries. But it seems like they have three people manning the helpline. No one pickups up their phone helpline and their chat option is very frustrating. It takes Half an hour to receive a unsatisfactory answers to your simple straightforward query and they keep you on hold throughout, my normal bank would have responded to the query in 5 minutes. They need to become more efficient if they want to compete with the mainstream brick and mortar bank, I really don’t see myself using my account as frequently as I thought I would.
