Device block issue and customer services is so bad

Your bank app is so bad that I can't tell and rather I will tell other new users to look for another bank but don't take UBL bank at last because your services are so bad instead. that I applied for dispute in which you block my mobile application you have blocked my device permanently this has been resolved by your people and it has been two months now my device is still It is blocked and your customer services are saying to change your device which is I have iphone 13 pro max and this iphone ever I am an iphone user since 2018 and till now this issue has not occurred in my iphone. And your representative says that this iPhone is hacked...

Poor Customer Service outside Country

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service provided by your bank. Despite being outside the country, I have encountered an issue with my credit card and have been attempting to reach your customer support team for assistance. However, to my dismay, no one has been available to address my concerns, and my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the bank's commitment to customer satisfaction. As a valued customer, I expect timely and reliable support, especially when facing urgent matters regarding my credit card. I urgently require assistance with my debit card concern, and I kindly request that you take immediate action to ensure that your customer support team is readily available and responsive to customer inquiries. Frustrating Experience Opening an Account with UBL

Today, I had an unpleasant experience opening an account with UBL. Initially, the system failed to capture my biometrics, and even when it did, the app frequently crashed. After successfully opening the account, I hoped for a better experience compared to other local banks, but it was quite disappointing.

With my main bank, HBL, their digital banking is far superior. Although the account was opened, I received a message stating it would take 12 to 8 working hours to fully activate, and now I'm told it could take another two days. The security protocols are overly complex; they require a MAC address, and I have to use the same device with the exact MAC address each time to receive an OTP. If I use a different device, even one with the same MAC address, it won't be accepted.

Given these hurdles, I find it unreasonable to continue using UBL’s online banking. I'd rather ask my company to transfer my account back to my main bank than deal with these unnecessary complications.
