Z aplikacją PeoPay masz szybki i wygodny dostęp do swoich produktów w Banku Pekao S.A., opłacisz rachunki, zapłacisz za zakupy, wypłacisz gotówkę BLIKiem, a nawet weźmiesz pożyczkę.
Nowa wersja aplikacji PeoPay to m.in.:
• dostęp do wszystkich posiadanych produktów i ich historii,
• logowanie i zatwierdzanie operacji odciskiem palca, FaceID lub PIN-em,
• dodawanie karty Banku Pekao do Apple Pay bezpośrednio z aplikacji,
• przelewy natychmiastowe Express Elixir,
• przelewy krajowe i zagraniczne oraz doładowania telefonu,
• transakcje BLIK:
– przelewy na telefon,
– szybkie i wygodne płatności w sklepach stacjonarnych oraz internetowych, z możliwością skopiowania kodu BLIK do pamięci,
– internetowe płatności bez konieczności ponownego użycia kodu,– wypłaty gotówki z bankomatów i terminali (cashback) z logo BLIK,
– wpłaty gotówki we wpłatomatach z logo BLIK.
• płacenie w Internecie przez skanowanie kodu QR,
• oferta pożyczki gotówkowej oraz karty kredytowej „na klik”,
• wymiana walut po preferencyjnych kursach (po udostępnieniu przez Doradcę w oddziale),
• procentowy lub kwotowy podgląd salda przed zalogowaniem,
• obsługa rachunku indywidualnego i firmowego w jednej aplikacji,

Aplikacja PeoPay to również:

With the PeoPay application you have quick and convenient access to your products at Bank Pekao S.A., you can pay bills, pay for purchases, withdraw cash with BLIK, and even take a loan.
New version of PeoPay app is e.g.:
• access to all accounts of the customer and their history
• transaction authorization with PIN, fingerprint, or FaceID
• adding your Bank Pekao card to Apple Pay directly from application
• instant transfers Express Elixir
• domestic transfers, foreign and telephone top-ups
• BLIK transactions – instant transfers directly to telephone number
– quick and convenient payments in stationery or internet stores, now also with the possibility to copy BLIK code to memory
– internet payments without the necessity to use code again
– cash withdrawals from ATMs and terminals (cashback) with BLIK logo
– cash deposit in ATMs with deposit option marked with BLIK logointernet payments with QR code scan
• cash loan and credit card offer with just a click

New feature please
App is very cool. Easy, user friendly and works perfectly. However I’m really missing 2 accounts (private and company) in one app. Right now the only way is to reset application and log in with another account. Please enhance your app with this or be even better allow user to connect other accounts (from different banks), kind of “single sign on”.
Peo Pay App
I have been a customer of Pekao for the past 6 years since retiring to Poland , to start with my experience was First Class due to the Branch in Orlowo had 2 members of staff who could speak fluent English unfortunately over last few years both members of staff have left the Bank. Since then I have had endless issues personally in Bank Branch and also trying to communicate by Phone to the Head office in Warsaw even after requesting an English Speaking km appointment I end up with Staff who struggled with my accent and revert to speaking only Polish. When my Wife speaks on my behalf they refuse to continue the call because the account is in my name with my wife attached. Also all messages come in Polish Only #### No consideration for a Senior Citizen who does not understand Polish . A very Frustrated Customer.

Outdated UI, BLIK doesn’t work
The UI is completely outdated, app doesn’t support devices with notch, months after they are on the market. Sending BLIK transfers is poor experience. Contact list do not even mention if your contact is setup for blik or not. It doesn’t recognize persons that are registered with proper phone number to BLIK as supported telling they will receive SMS with instructions how to receive the transferred amount. The SMS sent to the recipient doesn’t explain how to receive the money apart of suggesting to install and register to PeoPay. It points to PeoPay website which is outdated and redirects to some other Pekao mobile website. Registration on the recipient side is not possible if you’re not Pekao customer. This is totally against the concept of BLIK where easy transfers to phone numbers should be possible regardless of your Bank. Other banks can without issues provide a working solution, why Pekao is not capable as such a big player???
