Good app but touch id login issue
Good app having almost every feature but since last update touch id login is not working, before update touch id itself comes after opening app but now doesn’t shown altough it is enabled from settings
Errors and slowness noticed
I have been a frequent user of this app. But of late this app is very slow and unable to use becoz of errors. I was trying a live chat now and on the third attempt I was taken to a screen which says no one in queue but no chat window appears.
I made a bill payment and got a message saying successful but another message said payment failed. But my account was debited. I checked my bill balance and there is no change. So I again made a payment and then I learned that the first one was successful. Now I have excess cash with ooredoo.
Usually if I pay my bills within 14 days of billing, I get 4 GB of free data. It’s not updated in my account.
What’s happening here??
Someone has to look into these issues or people will be reluctant to use the site despite of all the advertisements

Data and call balance deduction
Good day.. Just want to ask why my data and call balance got smaller considering it was carried over from last month and should be added the new one since I paid this 24th.
My balance for calls before paying my april 24 due was almost 350 mins and when i check now it was only 400 even the 200 units were added after april 24 payment.
Just like for the data before payment it was more than 900 then if we add the 500 after payment on april 24 it should be more than 1.4gb why is it more only 1gb... it should be accumulating not deducting.. please let me know what happen cause if shouldnt be less since i am not using it cause most of the time i am just at home. Thanks
