Unable to Load because of No Internet

Having a regular load/data is a necessity as we all know, especially when you are outside, you need communication and also an internet for ways like google maps or waze for location. But how can you have these if you couldn’t log in to ooredoo and be able to recharge your load and or data. So I guess, this should be the one to be improved in ooredoo. Other than that, all are okay.

Customer Service Nightmare

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Ooredoo while traveling. Before my trip, I had specifically arranged for international minutes to ensure I could stay connected, only to find the service abruptly cancelled without any warning. Being overseas, this left me in a precarious position, unable to make essential calls.

The situation turned from inconvenient to intolerable when I tried to reach out to their customer service. With no ability to call, I was entirely dependent on them to initiate contact. The response time was exasperatingly slow, exacerbating the situation and leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.

For a service that had already been paid for, this lapse in reliability and the subsequent lack of prompt support is inexcusable. It's alarming how unprepared Ooredoo seems to be in handling such critical issues for traveling customers. My experience points to a need for substantial improvement in customer service responsiveness and reliability, especially for travelers who rely on their phone service the most when they are abroad

New updated app

I do believe the previous one is much better than the current one .. at least when you open the app you can see all numbers / services that you have and find out the bills for each number or service you have!! While in the new one it’s more complicated and you have to enter the ID No with the service or phone number to see the bill of the same ?? Also, I have seen that, the only option is to pay the bill and CAN NOT see the details of the same !!??
Based on the aforesaid, I believe when we release any update of our app, we have to think how to make it easier for our end users rather than make it more complicated to them !! What U guys are doing and who is suggesting such things to you guys!! They have to be terminated and replace them with someone can really make better changes to make our life easier .
