Good app but touch id login issue
Good app having almost every feature but since last update touch id login is not working, before update touch id itself comes after opening app but now doesn’t shown altough it is enabled from settings
Data and call balance deduction
Good day.. Just want to ask why my data and call balance got smaller considering it was carried over from last month and should be added the new one since I paid this 24th.
My balance for calls before paying my april 24 due was almost 350 mins and when i check now it was only 400 even the 200 units were added after april 24 payment.
Just like for the data before payment it was more than 900 then if we add the 500 after payment on april 24 it should be more than 1.4gb why is it more only 1gb... it should be accumulating not deducting.. please let me know what happen cause if shouldnt be less since i am not using it cause most of the time i am just at home. Thanks
App review and ooredoo services
Not a good stable app, hadaya ooredoo gives me a question and I answered correctly and once that happens they tell me profile error so i get another question and I answer wrong and now it tells me wrong answers and i loose, Esim section is not stable and the service is not working properly, a lot of deductions from your account for unknown reasons, prices of their packages are unbelievably expensive! Almost 100 riyal for 6GB only ! And they bills packages are even more expensive for a small amount of data and minutes, they blocked all the communication apps and they are controlling the market with extremely expensive prices!
