Ratings and Reviews
Good app and needs improvement
This is a good app to have all navigation options in one place. The app has to make improvements, especially, as it doesn’t show metro link bus details if you are taking the metro. This is a major gap.
Useless, doesn't work!
When you open the map and go to the 'Explore' tab, which is supposed to open the map so you can actually use Sila, it says "Oops! Something went wrong!" As I can see that this app hasn't been updated in a year, I don't understand why the app is still being advertised everywhere, with even a physical billboard on City Centre mall facing the intersection nearby. Either fix the app, or stop advertising a broken app and shut the app down. It's literally useless?!
Useless
The main reason of this app is to navigate you to your desired destination, especially during the world cup, which doesn’t !! App crashing, maps freezing, close the app several times to show map, not all the stations can be found in search! It is a nightmare, i ended up asking the police in the street how to reach to where i want to go, thank you guys!
