For the second time, my order mysteriously disappeared 'in transit'. With the delivery time being postponed time and again, I reached out to customer support to ensure that my eagerly awaited meal would indeed arrive. The support team assured me that my food would be on its way shortly, eliminating the need for me to order from a different establishment.However, events took a puzzling turn when, just minutes after my order was collected, the courier ventured off to a random part of the city and remained stationary. The app then predicted an additional 30-minute wait time and, to my mounting concern, the courier vanished from the tracking map. Predictably, my meal never arrived, and to add to the frustration, the support team confessed that they were unable to get in touch with their own driver.Although the company refunded my payment and offered a 10 RON voucher as a token of apology, I did not accept the voucher. This solution, though seemingly straightforward, does little to assuage my disappointment and fails to address the core problem.

At first it was a great app, to order food, to shop from your facourite store but now, only problems. A lot of the deliveries are incomplete, or you get something that you didn’t order or they are delivered very late or not all. They alaays blame the restaurants or the stores and they are never taking the blame. Once I placed an order from a store, a pretty big one si they said that in aprox. 2 hours it will be delivered, after 2 h I asked in the chat what is wrong with my delivery and they said that there aren’t enough people to deliver the orders and I asked them why would you accept the order if there aren’t enough people and they said it was the store’s problem not theirs and someone will be soon with my order and offer me to cancel my order and I said that cannot be the only solution and I need my order and I will wait, after another hour I wrote again and the same answer, and after 4 hours of waiting I asked again what is happening and they said that my order is still being prepared but no one to deliver it and I asked them to cancel it and told them that is very disrespectful what they’re doing and offered me a 20 lei discount on my next order and I said I will delete my account and the app because they are very problematic and everytime you (as a client) are left with only empty promises. Too bad for the restaurants and the stores because they have to suffer because of them :(.

Frustrating Experience with Tazz: Orders Canceled, No Refunds, and Technical Problems

I tried to place two orders on Tazz in Costinești, but I didn't receive the products or get my money back. The issue was that they don't deliver to Costinești, yet the address could be selected in the app, and the app was functioning in the area where I was. As shown in the picture, the address I selected is very clear. During the delivery process, I tried to contact the courier to get details about my order and its status, but all he told me was that he couldn't deliver them. The Tazz support team responded that it was due to an incorrectly chosen PIN, but this PIN was set automatically by the app, not by me, although they claim I could have chosen it. However, this option didn't work in the app, not even in the location where the order could be placed, indicating a technical issue with the app.Additionally, after many attempts to contact them, I was called and told that I could either go to Constanța myself to pick up one of the orders or it would be canceled without a refund. One of the two orders was already canceled without a refund or any contact from support, claiming that I didn't answer their calls, even though I was the one trying to reach them. Also, I'm attaching a picture of the call list showing my attempts to contact the app, but I received no response for the first order.

The worst food delivery service app

I have never had such a negative experience with a food delivery app in my entire life. I first make an order for some chicken strips, place the order with cash payment at delivery, then remembered I had add two portions of fries. I get in touch with their agents, plead my case and I’m told I can only cancel my order and then reorder everything accordingly, the app doesn’t allow user to add anything to the existing order. I agreed to it and there goes my cancellation, after re-ordering everything I needed, I noticed I can no longer order my food and pay with cash. This is a fail safe the app has implemented if one user cancels a cash order, after I get in touch with the agent AGAIN…IM informed that they can’t unlock this issue because the app doesn’t allow them to… I said alright, I’ll pay with C A R D. I place my order, then I wait, 30 min have passed, the money on my card was retained, the order has gone through but no confirmation that the order is being made, no time table of when the order will be delivered.. nada. Guess what? I contact the agents one last time.. now I’m informed that the store has closed, there isn’t any way to contact them and therefore she’s canceling my order A G A I N. Thank you very much tazz, I’ve never had a worse experience in my entire life.
