I echo what another has said here with regards to cash being selected by default, this is not okay.
Secondly, same issue.. if you need to cancel (due to a mistake) you have to hope you get someone on the phone... I once waited 20 mins for someone to answer and by then, the order had already been collected... so that was very frustrating. Build a chat feature and make it easy to contact you!
As for app improvements, get rid of that slow-loading splash screen, I don’t need to see a slow animation at launch... it’s annoying.
Other thing, your horizontal swipe only works correctly if you do it slowly, if you swipe quickly, it goes back to the original selection.
Hope this helps improve your service.
Also, a new “bug” is the random refreshes of the pages when you are scrolling through restaurants. It’s very annoying. It shouldn’t be difficult to create a reliable scrolling system.
Literally stealing money
I don’t know how is it possible for an app like this to charge 2 times for the same order and send receipt only for one charge, charge your card different amount of money or other things like that. If you don’t notice these charges, bad luck for you. If you do, you have to sent PDF file from your bank, wait for weeks to be contacted back and then MAYBE you get a charge back. Like it’s my fault their system is broken. Not talking about the long waiting time to talk with support about their own mistakes. I’m only using it for a few months but these practices should be ilegall. And “sorry we had a system error” does not cut it in 2022 when it comes to online charges and different cards and banks. I’ve NEVER had any issue like these with anyone else so clearly it’s a TAZZ issue.

Worst food app
Every order arrives late, estimated time is never respected. When contacting customer support the answer is so robotic “we are aorry but the estimated time could not be respected due to many order recived at the same time , the partner is working on your order and will be there “ but they dont let you know when, basically the estimated time is fictional, amd the restaurant cand delay your order as much as they like with no consequences. Even though i was complaining i didnt even recived an apology never the less a voucher or a free drink or anything to please the customer who is paying for food amd delivery also. I dont recomand it at all… all the orders are late all the time even thoug the rest we order from are 5 min away by car, 15 with traffic, but we always order pm when there is no traffic. Tazz should learn to
pit customers first before parteners as they function because of us, the people who order via their app.
