Bug when ordering

I really liked Tazz during the first weeks of use, however after a while a bug started to create issues at the “send order” button step as once it was selected, it wouldn’t reflect in real time the action it should do: “Order sent”, which would make one to press again, resulting afterwards in a double order and of course double charge.
I must admit, the customer service level was for each issue very good and fast, but it is really frustrating to have your money blocked up to 48h because of a bug.
This issue has been brought to the attention of each customer service agent I have talked to and they assured the fact that the problem has been communicated to the relevant department to be handled, but unfortunately it happened today too.
It would really be a pity to let a cool app and service get crappy.

The worst food delivery service app

I have never had such a negative experience with a food delivery app in my entire life. I first make an order for some chicken strips, place the order with cash payment at delivery, then remembered I had add two portions of fries. I get in touch with their agents, plead my case and I’m told I can only cancel my order and then reorder everything accordingly, the app doesn’t allow user to add anything to the existing order. I agreed to it and there goes my cancellation, after re-ordering everything I needed, I noticed I can no longer order my food and pay with cash. This is a fail safe the app has implemented if one user cancels a cash order, after I get in touch with the agent AGAIN…IM informed that they can’t unlock this issue because the app doesn’t allow them to… I said alright, I’ll pay with C A R D. I place my order, then I wait, 30 min have passed, the money on my card was retained, the order has gone through but no confirmation that the order is being made, no time table of when the order will be delivered.. nada. Guess what? I contact the agents one last time.. now I’m informed that the store has closed, there isn’t any way to contact them and therefore she’s canceling my order A G A I N. Thank you very much tazz, I’ve never had a worse experience in my entire life.

Literally stealing money

I don’t know how is it possible for an app like this to charge 2 times for the same order and send receipt only for one charge, charge your card different amount of money or other things like that. If you don’t notice these charges, bad luck for you. If you do, you have to sent PDF file from your bank, wait for weeks to be contacted back and then MAYBE you get a charge back. Like it’s my fault their system is broken. Not talking about the long waiting time to talk with support about their own mistakes. I’m only using it for a few months but these practices should be ilegall. And “sorry we had a system error” does not cut it in 2022 when it comes to online charges and different cards and banks. I’ve NEVER had any issue like these with anyone else so clearly it’s a TAZZ issue.

I’m still waiting for your accounting department to call me like they said. I’m not going to make a FB account so I can talk to you. Find a better solution for resolving issues like this.
