Since I have this app I gave up going to physical shops. Very user friendly. Of course it crashes from time to time and some improvements are welcomed, but overall O love this app.
Functionality, if anything, is missing or erroneous

Notwithstanding the benefice brought by this app to online buyers, the clients that go physically to store and want to quickly browse through the specific targeted offers need to be quite determined if they want to discover them. A better organization of the main menu by placing buttons for MyCard and MyOffers could do the trick. Please make the discovery of my Loyality Card and my Offers just one click away. Moreover, I would like to add my disappointment in the algorithm that decides upon “my specifically cheson offers”. My basket doesn’t vary much, yet I rarely find the items that I usually buy among the offers. Not even some that may be correlated remotely. Keep on improving this app!
Manipulative and useless

This app does not find products that are actually in stock (verified by phone) it does not respect search parameters, showing any kind of products that are not even remotely associated with the search parameter, just because they’re obviously “pushed” by the store.. it is a complete waste of time, the fast delivery is highly conditioned by what kind of products you order, not all available for delivery but otherwise available in the physical store.. last time i was missing two products from the order, both paid. They said I’d be refunded but never happened. Total garbage.
Not enough products available

Obviously, I was not expecting to find all products available to buy, but out of the few that are available, 90% of the ones I need to buy are out of stock. I can’t even make the minimum order amount without ordering something random that I don’t really need.It’s too bad. I really would have loved to use this as I shop often and buy only the things I need for 2-3 days.Ordering from the app is not worth it. I’ll go to the store when my baby decides to give me enough time to do so :)
