بالنسبة لي وتجربتي في كل برامج توصيل المطاعم، جاهز الأفضل دائما، وبمسافة بعيييدة عن اقرب منافسيه، بالنسبة للميزة الاهم بالنسبة لي هي الدفع، وقت مايوصل الطلب عند باب بيتك ادفع، والميزة اللي تليها لو وصلك الطلب وفيه اي مشكلة، خدمة العملاء الافضل بين المنافسين وتوصلهم بكل سهولة، وفي الغالب اذا تاكدوا من الخطأ في الطلب يعوضونك بمبلغ الطلب كاملاً، نعم انا من شبيحة جاهز، جعلهم مايهونون، الافضل بلا منازع👍🏼🙏🏼Best in terms of payments options, and the option that allows you to pay once your order arrives, and also the customer service is very great since you could reach them easily and they could compensate you with the hole order cost once you face a problem with your order👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼
Disappointing Service Experience

The number of bad experiences is rising as it goes.. a huge disappointment experiences are growing by each order.. what is it for me as a client/customer when I get charged for SAR 208 (excluding the delivery fee) and after waiting an hour I receive a SAR 24 worth of my order… then they add back the remaining in the app’s wallet to either force you to order through them again or you will be forced to wait at least another Three business days to get my money back or even weeks if the payment was by a credit card… What about my waisted time and my embarrassment in front of my guests at home just for depending on JAHEZ service.Every couple of years I stop using JAHEZ for the same reasons and when go back hoping that they get better at what they are suppose to be good at … I get chocked that their business model is still the same and no big improvements has taken place during elapsed years.

They don’t respond to help the customer either by calling the phone number they’re providing neither by the chat support. The driver’s phone number was not in use I couldn’t contact any one to solve the issue. They don’t have an option to cancel the order at all, so make sure you put everything right and pay in cash as they don’t respond or cancel their orders, which doesn’t make any sense, so 0 mistakes should be done with their policy. Otherwise, their delivery fee is reasonable.البرنامج سيء لا يرد على العملاء لو صارت اي مشكلة في الطلب ولا يوجد سياسة الإلغاء نهائيًا ولا يردوا أبدا ولا رقم السائق أساسا شغال فالواحد إذا طلب لازم يتأكد تمامًا قبل يرسل الطلب. سياسة عدم الإلغاء سياسة غير منطقية فدائما اختاروا خيار الدفع كاش عند التوصيل وياليت يردوا على الاتصال او حتى على الشات اللي حاطينه لخدمة العملاء. الطلب كان قيمة التوصيل فيه معقولة وهذا اللي عجبني وغير كذا ماراح أستخدمه أبدًا دام إنه مايعطيني أبسط حقوقي انهم يردوا ويخدموني
