I can add the items to basket but whenever i try to open basket tab to review items the screen goes all blank and stuck. Has been happening with me since weeks
Disappointed with Poor Service and Delays

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the repeated negligence and poor service. When placing an order through the app, I expected the given delivery date to be accurate, especially since I chose in-store pickup. However, after ordering, I was surprised to find that the order remains “in preparation” for several days. If I choose to cancel, I not only lose the order and my time but also have to wait a long time to receive a refund.I do not recommend using this app for shopping.

Something really frustrates me. It is that I can’t request to be notified when an item is back in stock. Another thing is in the wishlist or favorites list, I can’t remove all items that are sold out, despite multiple attempts. Otherwise the app is good.I hope my complaints won’t be ignored, and instead be fixed as they are small issues, I guess…

Very disappointing experience with Max. I requested a return immediately after receiving the item, but customer service kept delaying and giving excuses instead of resolving the issue.The process was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. A company should respect its customers and handle return requests properly instead of wasting their time.I would not recommend buying from them if this is how they treat customers after the purchase.
