This is ridiculous I’ve been trying to access my account in both apps this and the regular sales one and I have been unsuccessful for months now. Last time, the pharmacist had to use his own mobile and his own account to book me a quick appointment cause I wasn’t seeing my way due to severe eye infection that required a prescription. How come? And during the 45 minute I spent there trying to figure out a way to solve the issue, he logged out of my Al Nahdi account and even that has now locked me out. It is worth noting that I am an old customer, one of the very first people who had an register account when the whole Al Nahdi credit thing started, I still have the card and the small tag-like one with the barcode one it to this day. I still received commercial emails, therefore my email is still registered in your database. So why can’t I log into these apps with it??

The online consultation service is very unprofessional I had to wait for 20 min my appointment 2:30 waited until 2:50 for the dr to join the call, then they told me they have no idea why the dr didn’t join, rescheduled the call to 3:15 I joined again.. same story dr didn’t care to join. After 10 min of waiting again he calls me on the PHONe didn’t join the call. and I express my concerns and frustration, he recommends to reschedule my appointment again after. So I was delayed almost two hours.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL i don’t recommend is at all, what a shame.

Waited 30min after the appointment time then I called and they said “you know how is the traffic in Riyadh”. Very unprofessional. I asked to reschedule, 2 weeks in and no one got in touch with me. No one even followed up that I paid and I didn’t get the service. I called and complained twice and nothing happened. First time and last time.
