The app is full of bugs and errors to the point where it’s easier to either go to the store or buy online from somewhere else!I actually lost money by ordering for “store pickup” something i needed urgently. The app decided to “deliver” the product. Now I need to pay for the same thing twice!

The product showing available but when you try to add to cart or want to place order it’s impossible because the product actually not available, how i know ? I visited more than 5 branch in Riyadh and they informed me the item not available anywhere, so why they are showing it in app and website? I don’t know. Ohh and when you try to login in the app sometimes it take forever

Edit: updating the app fixed many bugs but still its frustrating to use

This application performs poorly;and I can't make payments when I add items to my cart. The main problem is that I can't submit a ticket or give feedback, and those features don't work either. It's a very frustrating app. I've tried contacting customer care via WhatsApp and email, but I've received no response. The Saco team is terrible and doesn't value their customers.
