Very disappointing service

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The return pickup was delayed multiple times, and even after several follow-ups, the courier never showed up. Level Shoes kept apologizing but did not solve the issue. This is extremely unprofessional, and I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered 43 and they sent me order 43.5. This is the problem with app. If there is not size 43; it should not show the size. Rest delivery was v fast. And packing and shoe it’s self was good and original.I did COD and I don’t know how they will refund my money😢
