I love this app and use it all the time to order stuff I need but there is an problem everyone I buy something with an good price the shipping is so much that I can’t even order the thing and have to buy something else and it only happens sometimes only if u have bad luck it happen to u so I always have to wait an week to see if the shipping digressed and sometimes it doesn’t so I rate 3 stars
I have a suggestion because i faced inconvenience
I hope that you tell truthfully your coustemers about there price tags, I recently returned a product the product was with me for a maximum of 2 days and I returned everything and I the product is new I only opened the package to check the product but didn’t use it at all, I asked the coustmer service if i can return and replace it with a different color they said no we can’t but i can return it and buy the color i want I agreed i asked if i will get for the full price they said yes that it will, after that I returned it after about 5 days the returned the money but NOT FULLY i asked them why the contacted me to the seller and they said it won’t be full because it was opened i told them that they didn’t tell that will happen and that it won’t full money what I don’t understand is that why the didn’t tell us about that why did they have to say it will be full, i would’return it back if it was like that(please I would suggest them telling the real refund price instea of lying about the price)
