The app is not working since yesterday by giving error “Failed to connect to AlBilad server, please try again later”.

Invalid Username/password
I just called customer support to complain about the app whenever I log in it shows an invalid username/password even though I correctly entered the details. He suggests changing the password and yet still the same. But when I open my laptop the password is ok and I can access it. Is there any wrong with this app right now? Pls respond to this. It just happens today.
Failed to connect
The app is not working since yesterday by giving error "Failed to connect to AlBilad server, please try again later".
