Account Alias name

HAMMOUDAM
In old app I setup aliases to all my accounts and in new app they’ve disappeared! This is very confusing because I know my accounts by alias name. Also I cannot find where to setup account aliases in new app. Also in my US dollar account new app doesn’t show recent transactions and I know for sure I had a deposit in my US account on March 6. I don’t feel comfortable with this new app.

I don’t know why you change something with maximum inconvenience app(bad) with one that didn’t simply let me log in (worst)I have been trying to log in for hours. banking app should never waste your time and fix its problems as soon as possible

I have tried to access my account and the app requires a change of the password After the change the I tried to enter several times with the last attempt that blocked my access I tried to reset my password several times with a message of no internet connection appears So I tried to close the app, deleted the app and even changing the language but still the message keeps appearing to me(BTW my internet connection was good in all other apps with no issues except for BSF mobile)

Unfortunately after updating the application I can’t login into BSF mobile it says user canceled or it says there’s some issues in the application while my account is active and correct password/ID!!! Before updating the application there was no issues at all!!!
